" My ex-girlfriend and I own a home in San Rafael. When we decided to break up, we decided to keep the house instead of selling it and we rented it out. However, there were some things that needed to be fixed before new tenants moved in. The faucet in the kitchen and the shower head needed to be replaced because there wasn't much pressure and Rudy told us that it's because of the chlorine in the water that clogged it. Also the water wasn't draining well in the bathtub after shower and we knew that the most likely cause was the accumulation of hair overtime. What we didn't know was that you actually clean it from the bottom part of the faucet where the water comes not where the waste water drains, needed to be removed and cleaned, and oh boy there was so much hair. Rudy made it look so easy. He's a super nice person, able to fix almost anything, and his prices are very reasonable. "

" Nick and Ryan fit me in to their tight schedule ad did wonderful work as I had a time crunch to get my new home ready to move in and they delivered in a big way. My house went from a cabin in the woods to a modern home thanks to their skilled drywall work and finishing as I had a lot of damage from the previous owner that you would never even know of today. They also were quite artistic in matching the odd texture in a room to blend in better with the house making the wall transition seamless. I will be hiring them again in the near future for my next project "

Before you paint your home's walls, look for any damaged surfaces. Walls are high contact surfaces. They can absorb a lot of oils and stains, especially if you have children. Drywall anchors, screws, and furniture with safety bolts leave behind holes that paint can't cover up. Walls can also develop cracks and splits when your foundation settles. Find a repair company that can make your walls whole and strong before your next remodeling project.
Sometimes wall damage is hidden from sight. Local experts can inspect for regional problems. These include infestations, common damage from initial construction, and more serious foundation problems. They can also be onsite and finish repairs faster than a service based in the next town over. Look for local contractors who can:
- Repair large holes from wiring installations, hung fixtures, and shelves.
- Remove and replace drywall sheets that are too damaged to repair.
- Inspect drywall cracks and wall separations.
- Patch small holes from screws and anchors so you have a smooth wall surface.
Professionally repaired drywall and plaster make your home look like new. Type in your zip code and HomeAdvisor will find wall repair companies in your area.
